S339 Active Alerts

Purposes:

This screen allows MIMS users to view a child window listing all effective alerts for each party related to the file as well as all effective file alerts.

Helpful Hints:

• All files converted from the old METS system will have a file alert of Not Scanned. This indicates that there have been no scanned documents at this time on the file. This alert can be removed once scanned images exist for the file.

Navigation:

File Search è File Summary Alerts è more alerts

Prerequisites:

1. MIMS user must have applicable security authorization to view files.

The following groups have access to this panel:

· All MIMS users

· Provisional actors

· Legal Services

· HR&E

Procedure:

1. The system will display a list of all effective alerts for each party related to the file.

2. To close the screen, simply click the ‘X’ button located at the right-hand corner of the screen.

Screen Label	Description/Instructions
File Alerts
Alert	Displays the types of alerts issued.
Created By	Displays the MIMS user name of the alert creator.
Created Date	Displays the date in which the alert was created.
Party Alerts – displays a list of parties and their individual alerts. If no parties are listed, then there are no individual alerts placed on any of the file’s party members.
Name	Displays the name of the party and the party number in brackets. (The party’s relationship to the file is displayed to the left of the party’s name.)
Alert	Displays the type of alert associated with the individual party member.
Created By	Displays the name of the MIMS user who created the party alert.
Created Date	Displays the date in which the party alert was created.
